I have various exemption codes. Can they affect the purchase of a ONEBra product?
All ONEBra products are certified as medical devices in Italy and are therefore tax-deductible by presenting the purchase invoice with your tax return.
Furthermore, during the final stage of purchase on our shop, there is an option to apply an additional benefit: a reduced VAT of 4%.
This is available if the customer has an official INPS report (the Italian National Social Security Institute) that indicates they meet the requirements of Law No. 104/92, art. 3, paragraph 3 (which certifies a severe disability).
To receive this benefit, you will be able to upload a self-declaration form on the site to certify this requirement.
PLEASE NOTE: This benefit is only valid for art. 3, paragraph 3. Other classifications (e.g., art. 3, paragraph 1) are not eligible.
Can I try the bra on before purchasing?
ONEBra is available online and through ONEBra Assisted Scanning Centers—just choose the one closest to you.

What sizes does ONEBra cover?
Currently, ONEBra accommodates a range of Italian sizes from the second to the sixth (approximately a B cup to an F cup).
Can I purchase more than one Duo Comfort model?
At this time, it is only possible to purchase one Duo Comfort model at a time. However, you can add multiple bra options and many prosthesis to your cart.
